The short answer to this question is on the stamp inside the band of your ring! We are happy and proud to say that all our jewellery surprises are made with real 925 sterling silver. We are the only brand that guarantees sterling silver in every single product so you can expect your bling to last for a long time even when you wear it every day!
We actually kind of lied there. Our higher-value rings calledTier 1 are made with 18-carat gold, white gold, or rose gold and these are worth at least $1000 up to $5000. We give away these one-of-a-kind rings every month! Check out who won this month’s draw here.
Don’t worry about getting random ring sizes! We have ring size options from US size 6 to size 10! You may also choose between earrings or necklaces if you’re unsure about your ring size or do not wear rings often.
If you don’t know your ring size, we have prepared a guide for you!
Thinking of selling your rings to a pawn shop? Depending on your location, pawn shops may or may not accept 925 sterling silver. We do not recommend selling your jewellery to these shops as they usually buy it from you for cheaper, and then sell them at RRP or the Recommended Retail Price we appraise it for.
If you have too many rings from us and you would like to make room for some more or find your dream design, we have set up a Facebook Group where you can buy, sell, and swap out your rings, necklaces, and earrings from us!
If you’ve followed us on socials and our newsletter, you may notice we talk about the “tiers” of jewellery. This is how we categorise our jewellery according to their RRP and the metals and gemstones used.
Tier 3 jewellery are the most common reveals worth below $500. These goodies are made with 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, or rose gold vermeil. Tier 2 rings also contain lab-created gemstones. These are the gems that are created chemically with the same composition as their natural counterparts. Lab-created stones are more affordable, but they are more eco-friendly and shimmer the exact same way as natural gems!
On the other hand, our Tier 2 jewellery is worth at least $500 to $999. These reveals are made with 925 sterling silver or gold and rose gold vermeil with natural gemstones. And lastly, our Tier 1 jewellery are the grand prizes worth at least $1000 up to $5000. These beauties are made with 18-carat gold and natural gemstones. And if you’re worried about how these gemstones were mined, we make sure all of our natural gemstones are conflict-free!
This was probably the first question that came to mind when you first heard of us, and we’re here to clear the air! As you may have observed, our RRPs are always higher than what you paid for. This doesn’t mean we purchased your sparkly surprise for the same price. Instead, we determine them through a jeweller and also consider our manufacturer’s recommendations.
Being that we have delivered over a million sparkly surprises, we are able to purchase sterling silver jewellery for wholesale price. On the other hand, we spend a lot more on high-value jewellery as they are rarer!
There is a low chance of receiving broken jewellery, but if you do, do not hesitate to reach out to us! It is possible that your jewellery might have bent, lost stones, or not have a 925 stamp. Sterling silver is usually softer than costume jewellery, thus it may have bent along the way. Our stones are also placed by hand so it is possible that some of them are more loose than others. And lastly, any band with a no stamp might have been missed in the production process.
If you have encountered any of these problems, we are happy to replace your jewellery with the same or an even higher RRP! Email our customer support team with your order number, a photo of the damaged jewellery, and the RRP code. We will respond in 1-2 business days!
We hope we answered some of the most important questions about our jewellery! We are always happy to help you and answer any question you may have about our products. One of our core values is authenticity so rest assured we will be giving you all the information you need!
Feel free to email us or reach us on Instagram or Facebook if we missed any questions!
